What We Did
I received a telephone call from a prospective client who had been given our number from a friend.
The client had 2 dogs and was keen to have the carpets in the living room and dining room freshened up.
After a brief conversation about the carpets in question a time and date was arranged to visit the property and carry out a pre-inspection. The pre-inspection survey helps to gather the relevant information and to provide an accurate quotation for the work and also a better guideline for the amount of time it will take to complete.
The price quoted is the price you will pay, there are no hidden costs.
Once the quote was agreed a date and time was booked in the diary.
On the day of the clean I arrived at the client’s property at the agreed time. Access was gained and I set up my equipment. It is requested when the pre-inspection is carried out that any valuable items should be moved prior to cleaning, light and accessible furniture such as tables, chairs and sofas can be moved. A thorough vacuum of the carpets is always carried out first, then a pre-spray is sprayed on to the carpet and agitated to remove and stubborn soiling and traffic lines in the carpet.
Using the most hygienic method of hot water extraction all solutions and soils are flushed from the carpet leaving the carpets looking cleaner, smelling fresher and deodorised.
To speed up drying times air movers are used during the process to leave the carpets as dry as possible.
The carpet pile is reset and the client has the chance to take a look at the carpets to check the clean. Once the client is satisfied all equipment is packed away in the van.

The client was really impressed with cleaning they received, so much so they asked for a card to pass on to a close friend!
